Bridge Home Care was founded in 2018 and is a private home health company that provides care for those in need in Southern Alberta. Although we are located in Lethbridge, we cover the area from Medicine Hat to the Crowsnest Pass. 

 

Our focus is helping individuals with physical and/or emotional limitations that impact activities of daily living. We believe each individual should be able to remain as independent as possible while remaining in their homes. Our mission is to meet our client's needs through an unintrusive, supportive approach that keeps them in charge of their independence. Our custom-created solutions are unique to every individual and may require only one or many of our services. Either way, you can rest assured that you and your loved ones are in good hands.

At Bridge Home Care, we take pride in having a schedule that is flexible and consistent with set times that the clients choose.  We work hard to make sure that the schedule works for everyone. We have a team of Health Care Aides (HCAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to cover all Home Care needs you may require. Our team works tirelessly to match staff to each client, ensuring they get along. We care about more than just your quality of health. We care about your quality of life. Our staff become friends and companions, not just someone who stops by.

Tiana Husarewych, the founder of Bridge Home Care, has been in Home Care for over 10 years. She created this company to focus on individual and personalized care for our clients. Our company motto, "Your care, your way," was created for that exact reason.

Our HCAs are trained by our experienced LPNs to ensure the best care is provided for all our clients. Our staff members are trained to cook, clean, meal prep, bathe clients, provide assistance with toileting, personal care, catheter care, medication administration, take clients to appointments, and much more. For more complex clients, we also do tube feeds, dressing changes, wound care, and palliative and end-of-life care.

We provide care to people of all ages, from elderly clients with dementia and Alzheimer's to young children with high medical needs and everything in between. Bridge Home Care is Lethbridge's best in-home healthcare provider. It doesn't matter what stage in life our clients are at; we focus on providing individualized care for anyone requiring support to maintain their independent routine.
